This is Valley Oasis’s 14 year anniversary. We
are very excited to announce our “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION POOL GIVE AWAY“. Everyone who contracts and builds a Valley Oasis pool Between 1/1/2011 and 12/9/2011 will be invited into our design center on Saturday, December 10th. At this time we will be having several drawings. Our Grand prize drawing will be a check for our base pool of $12,995.00. The second place drawing will be a check for $2,000.00 for all clients who added the Paramount PV3 In-floor cleaning system to their contract. The third place drawing will be a check for $1,900.00 for all clients who added Pebbletec to their contract. The fourth place drawing will be a check for $1,450.00 for all clients who added a Landscape package to their contract. The fifth place drawing will be a check for $1,400.00 for all clients who added the Aqua Rite Salt system to their contract. (eligibility requirements below)

POOL GIVE AWAY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible to participate in the drawing, the entrant (customer) must enter into a valid written contract for the construction of an in ground pool which must be completed and accepted by the entrant prior to December 10, 2011. The entire purchase price for the pool and other related improvements must be paid and full prior to the date of the drawing.
All entrants are eligible to win one of the five prizes available. Entrants whose contracted and completed pools are equipped or contain the prize contained in prizes two through five are eligible for that particular prize. The Grand Prize will be a check in the amount of $12,995.00 which represents the price for Valley Oasis base pool. All entrants are eligible for the Grand Prize. The second place prize is a check for Valley Oasis base In-floor Paramount PV3 in the amount of $2,000.00. The third place prize is a check for Valley Oasis base Pebbletec in the amount of $1,900.00. The fourth place prize is a check for Valley Oasis base Landscape package in the amount of $1,450.00. The fifth place prize is a check for Valley Oasis Aqua Rite Salt System in the amount of $1,400.00. Qualifying entrants must pay all applicable taxes and provide the necessary IRS reporting information (W-9) at the time of receipt of the prize. Failure to provide accurate information for purposes of required tax reporting shall disqualify any entrant. Qualifying entrants shall consent to the use of their name and likeness in advertising and promotional materials for Valley Oasis in any and all media without further compensation except as required by law. Winning entrants agree to execute an appropriate release granting Valley Oasis unlimited use of any images required for advertising of any type or kind. Winning entrants shall allow photographers or other media producers on their property upon reasonable notice and agree to be available for photographers and other media producers for a reasonable time not to exceed ten hours.
