I called Valley Oasis right around 7 am on a Tuesday morning, and by 9 am that same morning Joe was at my door ready to help me solve a problem with my pool. As it ended up the problem was "operator caused" by me, and I was never made to feel guilty for my error. Thank you to Kathleen for being so courteous on the phone, to the office staff for being so attentive, and to Joe for being patient and professional. Valley Oasis is my go to pool company!!

We set out to get three estimates for a pool. These guys and gals were head and shoulders above the others; Very responsive, personable, excellent communicators. Everyone we worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. The design that David Nicasio worked up for us perfectly fits our needs. There has been virtually no down time between phases of the build, and no price raising surprises. Everything has happened as they told us it would and our pool is absolutely beautiful.
