Initial Consultation
We will visit your home to evaluate your space and the layout of your backyard. We will discuss your details and pool design ideas and show you examples of our past projects. We may take measurements, photos, and videos to use in the process. Then we will give you an initial estimate and timeline for pool building.
Pool Design and Features
If you decide to proceed, we’ll move on to the pool design process. We’ll create 3D renderings of your design and help you choose each detail and feature. When we finalize your design and you have chosen all of your materials, we can give you a more detailed estimate for our services.

We will also begin utility mapping to ensure we don’t have any conflicts with underground utility lines. When your permits are secured, we’ll order all necessary materials. Site Preparation and Excavation
While we’re waiting for your materials to arrive, we will begin site preparation. This may include removing or relocating landscaping materials, taking out rocks and boulders, and leveling the area. Next, we’ll begin the excavation process. This may take two or three days to completely excavate your pool.
Installation and Construction
When we have the materials for your build, we’ll begin the pool construction process. We will start with steel installation to create the foundation for your pool. This process may take one or two days.
Plumbing and Electrical
When the foundation is complete, we will lay down pipes for your pool’s circulation system and drain system. We will also install plumbing for pool and deck jets and other water features. Then we will install any necessary electrical systems. This process may take up to a week.
Shotcrete Installation
Shotcrete is pressurized concrete that is sprayed over the steel foundation of your pool. This concrete is then carefully molded and smoothed into your pool design. This process may take three or four days to allow the concrete to dry and cure.
Tile, Decking, and Interior Finishing
The next step in your custom pool construction is installing tile and pool decking. This could take up to a week. When this is complete, we will begin the pool finishing process. We will use plaster to smooth the surface of your pool into its final design style. This may take around three days, after which we will add water to your pool.
Start-Up and Testing
Your pool is almost finished! During this stage of pool construction, we will add water to your pool, balance the chemicals, and start up all of the pool equipment. We’ll make sure everything is functioning safely and properly. This process may take a few days to a week.
Ongoing Pool Maintenance and Professional Pool Repairs
After everything is complete, we can provide ongoing pool service and repairs. We offer weekly, monthly, or as-needed maintenance, including pool cleaning and chemical services.
